How To Get The Most Out Of Your Massage
- Take a hot shower
- Turn off or silence cell phone.
- Have the room at a correct temperature.
- During consultation, tell the therapist of any recent injuries and any problem areas you would like to have more time worked on.
- Choose your aromatherapy scent, (Lavender, Eucalyptus, Orange, Unscented)
- Disrobe to your comfort level. You can be naked or leave your underwear on.
- Breathe deeply and slowly | 4 second inhale | 4 second hold breath | 4 second exhale
- Clear your mind by visualizing a beautiful place from your memories.
- Relaxing and loosen body. Let the therapist move you and be limp like a rag doll.
- Communicate with the therapist durimg the massage if you want more or less pressure on the body.
- Drink extra water after the massage to flush out toxins.
